Our Birth Doula services include creating personalized birth plans that reflect your wishes, providing continuous support during labor with emotional encouragement and physical comfort measures, and equipping you with education and preparation for every stage of the birthing process.
Postpartum Doula Services
The postpartum period can be both joyful and challenging, and our Postpartum Doula services are designed to help ease the transition into parenthood. We assist with physical recovery and self-care after childbirth, offer guidance on infant care, including feeding and sleep routines, and provide emotional support to help you navigate the changes that come with parenthood.
Prenatal Education and Workshops
Education is empowerment, and our workshops and one-on-one sessions are tailored to prepare you for every step of your journey. Topics include understanding the stages of labor and delivery, learning techniques for relaxation and pain management, and ensuring your partner is confident in their role.
Sibling Preparation Support
Welcoming a new sibling is a big transition for your family, and we’re here to help ease that process. Our Sibling Preparation services include age-appropriate education, emotional support, and tools to help siblings understand and embrace their new role.
Advocacy for BIPOC Families
We are committed to addressing maternal health disparities by providing culturally sensitive care for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) families. Our advocacy ensures you have access to the resources, support, and guidance needed for a safe and empowering birthing experience.
Infant Feeding and Lactation Support
Whether you choose breastfeeding, formula feeding, or a combination, we provide expert guidance tailored to your needs. Our services focus on helping you establish feeding routines, address challenges, and ensure your baby’s nutritional needs are met.
